Our factory is located in Modhupur area of Bangladesh. Modhupur is the prime place of pineapple-producing area in Bangladesh. Pineapples have been cultivated on 6,880 hectares of land alone in Madhupur in the year 2023. So raw material for the PALF is abundant in the surrounding area of the fiber processing factory.

Our Team:

Our team consists of 62 employees including machine workers, helpers, washing workers, leaves collectors, transport staff, and office staff.

The members of our team are very skilled and efficient in their respective working areas. This work is laborious and requires extraneous effort. Our team is very much dedicated to their job. They show perfection in their work.

We have all legal documents and Certificates received from the local govt. authority to run the factory as well as export business smoothly.

Production Capacity:

At present, we are able to produce 2000 kg/month. It can be raised up to 3000 kg/month or more with the increasing demand of the purchaser.

Infrastructural Condition:

Power Supply: Electricity is supplied by the local electricity supply authority (PalliBiddutSamity). Besides this, the factory has its own power supply Generator having sufficient capacity to run the factory uninterruptedly.

Water Supply: Water is supplied from a large tank set up by own arrangement of the factory. It has sufficient capacity to run the factory uninterruptedly.

Communication: The factory is situated beside a wide and well-constructed main road. So, the communication system for the transportation of raw material (Pineapples Leaves) from crop field to factory and finished goods (PALF) from factory to Ship via warehouse is very good.

Weather:

Temperature and other weather conditions in this area are favorable for working with and drying PALF.

Working Environment:

The working environment in our factory is very much amicable. The workers and staff get their salaries and benefits on regular time. We always remain and keep alert of every worker regarding safety while operating their machines. We keep our working areas neat and clean. We maintain a hygienic environment in working areas.

Sorting Impurities :

The dried fiber is processed in the machine for softening. Then every single fiber is sorted by hand to wipeout each and every impurities and weak part. Thus the fiber becomes soft, silky, untangled, and bright like silver.

Production of PALF is laborious. This is a very labor-oriented job. Pineapple leaves consist of wax and its’ surface is rough. It requires a series of processes to get soft, silky, and wax-free fiber. This fiber becomes weightless when it is dried after extraction, washing, finishing, rolling, combing, and further processing in an extraction machine.
